• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Aufgaben

• Manages operation of the store and pharmacy, including opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members.
• Supervises the control of the store money including registers, bank withdrawals, safes, and time records.
• Assists in merchandising, stock management, and inventory control to avoid outs and overstock.
• Analyzes financial and performance data; develops action plans to increase sales and control costs.
• Leads staff development, training, and performance management; hires/promotes/disciplines as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and employment laws; maintains professional and respectful relationships.
