Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Identify opportunities with department leaders and create action plans for implementation.
• Achieve or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales and profit budgets.
• Drive sales with department leaders to maximize profits and reduce shrink.
• Assist in budgeting discussions and performance reviews with store associates.
• Coordinate with field staff to ensure division merchandising plans are executed.
• Build relationships with local community organizations and union partners when applicable.
