• 3+ years of experience and satisfactory performance at an assistant store leader level or higher.
• Successful completion of the Leadership Essentials Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities with leadership to develop solutions and action plans.
• Achieve/exceed sales, revenue and profit budgets and other targets.
• Drive cost-effective sales by reducing shrink and maximizing department contribution.
• Discuss budgets, safety goals and performance with leadership teams.
• Communicate with associates to enable effective performance.
• Oversee staffing, retention and turnover, and manage labor costs daily.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
