Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store employees, planning and executing store processes including receiving, stocking, pricing, and selling.
• Personally open the store at least two times per week and close it at least two times per week.
• Evaluate operating statements for trends, control expenses, and identify shrink or errors.
• Ensure in-stock targets are met through ordering, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store with proper security and cash controls.
