Ross Dress For Less in Branson, MO is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, from merchandising to payroll. You will recruit and develop the leadership team, drive sales, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment that reflects Ross's brand.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Associates.

Responsabilités

• Lead Store operations to meet company standards and profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers and Associates.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandising.
• Control payroll hours within budget and optimize expenses.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations and Loss Prevention.
• Provide excellent customer service and oversee inventory processes.
• Oversee store housekeeping and merchandising presentation.
