Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in retail.
• Must maintain a high level of customer service.
• Must demonstrate ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Associates.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and execute to achieve results.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise substantial independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to meet company standards and best practices.
• Recruit, train and develop the store leadership team.
