Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/LSR/SA descriptions
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/LSR/SA descriptions
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, employment forms
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Open availability
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described above
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to sit for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees, recruits, hires and trains staff, ensures excellent customer service, schedules within guidelines, maintains store image
• Store Relationships: Builds relationships with suppliers, resolves customer complaints, maintains on-site attendance, promotes safe public image
• Training and Development: Conducts regular performance check-ins and training to meet standards, ensures safety procedures
• Communications: Establishes regular communication meetings with staff
• Organizing and Planning: Develops action plans to meet store objectives, manages records and reports, ensures merchandising and signage
• Financial: Analyzes daily sales/expenses, budgets and forecasts P&L, safeguards cash, reports discrepancies
