Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient computer use for reports, inventory, cash control and notices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and spoken.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule and manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and properly displayed.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide performance feedback and train staff on safety procedures.
• Coordinate communication and periodic meetings with management.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
• Work indoors with occasional outdoor duties, maintaining site image.
