Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience with essential duties and conditions described.
• Ability to supervise and train on equipment/tools per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient computer use for reports, inventory, cash handling, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking and appearance to company standards.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Maintain professional relations with subordinates and supervisors.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all staff and hold regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and forecast P&L.
