Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets while managing daily operations.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Talent Management — take part in interviewing and hiring decisions; train and mentor to deliver outstanding customer experience; identify skill gaps and develop plans
• Results Driven — own and coach personal and team sales; manage operations and track key metrics daily
• Customer Focus — model the Victra Greet on the sales floor; resolve customer issues and maintain store cleanliness and inventory
• Relationship Building — build reciprocal relationships with team and other store leaders via clear communication
• Change Management — champion new merchandising standards and planogram changes with the team
• Strategic Thinking — set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals and translate into actionable plans
• Inspirational Leadership — lead by example on the floor with product expertise
