Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ supervising 50+ associates.
• For firearm facilities: firearms CBC and training may be required; state-level Certificates of Eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic vision to guide store operations and merchandising.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly associates to drive engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and asset protection.
• Drive financial performance via sales, expenses, budgets, and forecasting.
• Represent Walmart in community outreach and media engagements.
