Job summary

TD Bank in Hammonton, NJ is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily service, sales and operations in a local store. You will guide a team to build customer relationships, deliver TD’s model of convenience, advice and personalized experiences, and manage teller and platform activities with sound decision-making.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and ability to drive performance with supervisory experience; notary preferred and NMLS registration advantageous.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• Must maintain an active NMLS registration to discuss loan products with customers.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve Store objectives and deliver legendary Customer and colleague experience.
• Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to ensure compliant, personalized service and advice.
• Leads complex sales and advisory activities across multiple systems and partners.
• Delivers end-to-end customer advice with a consultative approach and acts on opportunities for referrals and product recommendations.
• Drives adherence to TD’s customer service strategy and ensures high-quality customer interactions.
• Manages staff scheduling to meet customer demand and regulatory requirements.
