Bridgestone Americas is seeking an exempt leadership professional for a Store Manager role in a Bridgestone Retail Operations store. The position typically requires 40+ hours per week, across five days including weekends, with potential for extra hours based on staffing and demand.

The role focuses on customer service, sales, payroll and budget management, staff scheduling, and continuous development through training to stay current in automotive service trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem solving related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, ordering and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers for personal sales and resolve complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Excellent teamwork and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand competitive tire sourcing and market competition.
