You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and guidance to store team during the leadership development program.
• Ensure execution of company standards for food safety, quality and guest service.
