• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial and guest-experience goals.
• Participate in leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for management responsibilities.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards during all shifts.
