Assistant Manager will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals and ensure outstanding guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
