Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda store and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program and receive mentorship and support from our Panda community. We offer paid leadership training, career development, and a generous benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
