Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to lead a team of technicians, coach staff, and ensure a safe, positive customer experience. You will oversee tire installation, inventory, and daily store operations with a focus on promotion-from-within and teamwork.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to balance speed with safety while delivering exceptional service to customers in our communities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Busting tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coaching a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Managing: Organize new and existing inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delighting customers: Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
• Growing: Hands-on, on-the-job training and development.
