Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texas to lead a team, coach technicians, and ensure safe, high-quality service for customers. You will set the pace for daily operations without desks, while promoting from within and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You’ll mentor a 4-5 person team, manage tire and parts inventory, and uphold safety standards and excellent customer care to keep customers on the road confidently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Bust tires: install, rotate, balance, repair.
• Coach and mentor a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with an inviting, safe experience.
• Learn by doing with hands-on training and development.
