Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach associates, and drive sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer experiences and maintain brand standards in a high‑energy fashion retail environment.

The role emphasizes people development, performance management, and executing promotions, while delivering Warwick‑level customer service and maintaining inventory and store standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or store operations preferred.
• Demonstrates expertise in store operations and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales on the shop floor and coach associates to meet targets.
• Recruit and onboard talent in partnership with the store leadership.
• Maintain merchandising standards and product knowledge across fashion and performance sunglasses.
• Communicate brand promotions, incentives, and policies clearly to the team.
