Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager I to partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and coach the team. You will manage merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence while cultivating customer relationships.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, brand execution, and developing associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented and able to execute brand standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales plans and develop associates to meet company objectives.
• Provide coaching to all associates to create an inspiring, motivating environment.
• Recruit and interview talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor delivering excellent service.
• Maintain customer relationships and brand standards across the store.
