Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Store Lead to drive sales and customer service while leading a team of technicians. You will motivate staff, train for the Connected Home product, and implement new processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time role requires a history of supervisory experience, strong repair knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. Join a growing network delivering device repair services locally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Proven sales and customer service skills.
• Experience repairing devices and understanding hardware/software.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a dynamic store environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable.
• Ensure technicians are trained in the Connected Home product and the Serve, Solve, and Sell approach.
• Train and develop the Tech team; act as the contact for dispatched technicians.
• Implement new processes and participate in leadership meetings.
• Lead Retail and Repair Tech duties and guide daily operations.
