Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support and participate in company training initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
• Assess performance and provide daily feedback and during reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store vibe.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor and maintain brand standards.
• Support management to maximize productivity via operations and product knowledge.
• Participate in Leader on Duty program to drive profitability and payroll.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules as needed.
• Keep stockroom clean and organized; ensure safety/CRE standards.
