Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for East Rutherford to drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and lead the team in providing exceptional service. The role supports opening/closing routines, visual displays, and brand standards across the floor and stockroom.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and a drive to develop others in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
