Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring store meets company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing and timely execution.
• Process register functions and ensure proper adherence to procedures.
• Demonstrate timely execution of floor sets and promotions.
• Direct merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Identify customer needs and ensure assortment meets demand.
• Assist with markdowns and transfers in a timely manner.
• Lead to drive sales and profitability and meet sales targets.
