Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking an Assistant Manager to fully manage store staff and operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will help maintain store cleanliness, drive promotions, manage registers, and ensure merchandising standards are met while delivering strong results.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, 18+, and strong communication. This on-site position offers benefits and growth within a dynamic streetwear environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Able to stand for long periods; lifting 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Process register functions and ensure proper procedures.
• Demonstrate timely execution of floor sets and promotions.
• Direct merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Identify customer merchandise needs and ensure assortment meets them.
• Assist with markdowns and transfers in a timely manner.
• Support sales growth and store profitability by meeting goals.
• Communicate store goals to team and monitor performance.
