Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales by analyzing performance, delivering top-tier customer service, and overseeing daily store routines.

You’ll lead floorset updates, styling guidance, and authentic product knowledge while recruiting, training and developing the team. This role grows through internal leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
