Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations in our Chicago location, guiding a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will manage staffing, merchandise presentation, and the store’s performance metrics while upholding brand standards.

The role requires acting as Manager on Duty, training staff, scheduling, and resolving issues. You will collaborate with HQ on promotions, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Schedule and staff the store, recruit and train personnel, and ensure adherence to company policies.
