Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close store procedures and ensure proper execution.
• Assist and direct other team members in store tasks in the Manager/Asst Manager's absence.
• Receive donations, greet donors, unload items, and thank donors.
• Sort, test, clean, and display clothing and household items; manage inventory flow.
• Conduct sales transactions and maintain cash/credit card procedures.
• Perform cleaning duties and report maintenance needs.
• Provide customer service, pricing, and store operation information to shoppers.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
