Job summary

The Children\'s Place is seeking a Store Lead in Cypresswood Court to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and Leader on Duty responsibilities. You will engage customers, uphold store standards, and contribute to team development in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, addressing performance, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead by example and provide coaching to associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily store operations and ensure brand standards are met.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates and participate in performance conversations.
• Participate in Leader on Duty program to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support payroll processing and scheduling to optimize store productivity.
• Model professional behavior and represent The Children\'s Place positively.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and ensure safety standards are followed.
