• Act as Leader on Duty (LOD) and drive a positive customer experience.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain store standards.
• Coach and develop associates and participate in training initiatives.
• Provide timely feedback and support talent development.
• Assist in payroll processing and schedule modification as needed.
• Support store initiatives to maximize profitability and productivity.
• Ensure CRE standards and store safety requirements are met.
