Job summary

PAIGE is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Austin, TX to support store leadership, open and close procedures, and act as manager on duty when needed. You will uphold PAIGE standards, coach staff, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 1 year in retail, weekend availability, and at least 20 hours per week, with a focus on teamwork, operations, and brand representation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams and collaborate with colleagues.
• Open weekend availability and ability to work at least 20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store procedures and serve as manager on duty when needed.
• Model PAIGE brand image and product knowledge for staff and customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets as communicated by store management.
• Maintain professional, positive, and productive store environment.
• Delegate tasks and monitor productivity to meet goals.
• Ensure store opening/closing requirements are completed accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and adherence to HQ visuals direction.
• Handle POS transactions during any system issues.
• Keep stock replenished and participate in inventory tasks.
