Men's Wearhouse in Bayshore, NC is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in coaching the sales team, driving store performance, and delivering operational excellence while serving as the manager on duty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results oriented and strategic thinker.
• Proficient with a computer and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Inspire store team to achieve their best performance and coach to maximize growth.
• Lead store staff to meet sales, service and operational expectations when on duty.
• Communicate priorities and sales information effectively.
• Assist in recruiting and fostering an inclusive store environment.
• Train staff on internal operational functions.
