Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver lessons per the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum and nurture student growth. You will work to increase student numbers while upholding the store's culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

You will partner with the Lessons Lead, teach proficient instruments, support customer service, and help build long-term relationships with students and families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in (e.g., Drums, Guitar, Keyboard).
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount.
• Assist with Customer service as needed to build long-term students.
• Additional duties as assigned.
