Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop the team, manage store operations, and open/close the store as the manager on duty.

Responsibilities include supporting staffing, communicating goals, and ensuring brand standards while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for store teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven training and development capabilities for staff.
• Comfort with technology systems, MS Office, and video conferencing.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Manager to coach team and drive sales.
• Lead operations and customer service excellence when on duty.
• Assist in recruiting and maintaining an inclusive store environment.
• Manage store communications and ensure policy compliance.
• Support scheduling, training, and daily store tasks.
