Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC Fort Collins is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in coaching the team, driving sales growth, and delivering operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.

You will open/close the store, lead by example, and ensure our customer experience meets brand standards while fostering an inclusive, engaging work environment. Prior retail leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading sales, service and operations to meet plans.
• Open and close the store as manager on duty with assigned keys.
• Coach and develop team members to maximize performance and customer experience.
• Ensure store branding, cleanliness and merchandising align with standards.
• Contribute to staffing, training and execution of store initiatives.
