Job summary

The role requires leading by example during as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store, and driving an engaging customer experience aligned with brand standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with technology systems including Microsoft Office and video conferencing.
• Ability to train and develop high performing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to create an engaging selling environment.
• Open/close store as Manager on Duty and handle store keys.
• Ensure customer experience meets brand standards and drives NPS.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff.
• Assist in recruiting and fostering an inclusive store culture.
• Utilize store reports to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
