Job summary

GameStop in Billings, MT is hiring a part-time, in-store Retail Keyholder. You will greet guests, answer questions, process transactions at the POS, and promote loyalty programs. Maintain the store’s appearance, assist with inventory, and support management to meet sales targets.

This role requires strong guest service, reliable attendance, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Able to stand and move around the store for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests regularly.
• Support the store environment and merchandising to drive sales.
• Process purchases and returns via the POS system accurately.
• Answer questions in person or by phone, ensuring top service.
• Promote GameStop guest benefits and loyalty programs.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Safeguard assets and assist with inventory control.
• Assist management to meet sales, profit and shrink goals.
• Balance daily POS totals and prepare closeout paperwork.
