Job summary

StorQuest Self Storage in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the frontline representative in the store's absence. This role may be full- or part-time and may cover multiple sites to support or fill in when a manager is off duty.

You will manage the rental process, take payments, sell merchandise, offer insurance, and assist with truck rentals at some locations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Customer Service/Sales.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rental process including sales, payments, insurance and optional truck rentals at some locations.
• Maintain daily store operations, ensure cleanliness, handle cash, balance receipts, and coordinate with vendors.
• Support multiple sites as needed and assist customers during challenging times.
