Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification (desirable).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring with interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Process shipments, returns, and transfers in a timely manner.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security procedures.
