Job summary

Shoe Carnival is hiring a Store Lead in Medina, OH to oversee a department and drive storefront standards. You will lead a team, greet customers, train staff on service and POS use, and manage transactions and merchandise presentation in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department (Women’s, Men’s or Children’s) and support store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and till counts.
• Organize merchandise and displays, assist with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
