Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk most of shift; lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladder when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operations as Manager on Duty.
• Recruit staff and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to ensure staff are prepared.
• Use store reports to understand decisions that drive the business and opportunities for development.
• Maintain brand standards and execute marketing initiatives on the floor.
