Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office and video conferencing.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations when the manager on duty.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to ensure staff are equipped to maximize business.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and cultivate an inclusive store environment.
• Support management in driving business outreach opportunities and relay leads to the Store Manager.
• Identify performance opportunities and partner with the management team to develop plans.
• Contribute to regular store meetings and ensure staff are up to date with directives.
• Train the store team on customer service expectations to create exceptional experiences and high NPS.
• Maintain store visually to brand standards and execute marketing initiatives.
