You will drive sales by analyzing performance, overseeing daily store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves recruiting, training, and developing staff, building visual displays, and managing inventory while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
