KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for a Legasy Village Chico's location in Lyndhurst, OH. You will supervise the team, model outstanding service, and reinforce brand standards to deliver memorable, hospitality-driven experiences.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. The role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage multiple tasks on the floor and stockroom.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
