Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Minnesota to lead daily store operations, mentor a team, and ensure exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards. You will act as manager on duty, drive sales, manage scheduling, and uphold merchandising, training, and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities include executing selling strategies, maintaining store visuals, handling cash and inventory, and promoting Lids membership programs.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive steps of discipline in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team and uphold company policies and brand standards.
