Job summary

Confidential in Ohio is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help create attractive displays.

You may open and close the store under the direction of the Store Manager and perform duties in their absence. This role requires initiative, reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Receive, open, unpack merchandise, stock and rotate on shelves, build displays.
• Clean store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, stock restroom and stockroom, set up sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
