You will step into a lead role in the absence of management, open/close the store under direction, and support planogram implementation to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchase, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays.
• Clean store, take out trash, mop floors, and maintain restrooms/storage areas.
• Assist in planogram implementation.
• Open/close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
