Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first mindset. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and help ensure store profitability and asset protection.

In the role you may serve as the lead in the absence of the Store Manager, and you will open and close the store under direction. This on-site position is in Benton, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; total purchases, collect payment, make change, bag merchandise.
• Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack merchandise; stock, restock and rotate on shelves; build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop floors; clean restroom and stockroom; help sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties typically performed by Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
