Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to uphold a customer-first store environment. You will help customers locate and purchase merchandise, handle cash transactions, stock and recover products, and maintain a clean, inviting storefront. You may act as a lead in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the POS system, stocking shelves, executing planograms, and ensuring prompt, professional service at all times.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, and assist customers with merchandise.
• Follow company processes to receive, unpack, stock, and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop floors; clean restrooms and stockrooms.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform additional duties typically done by Store Manager or Deputy in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, tally purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise for customers.
• Receive, unpack, stock, rotate merchandise, and create attractive displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms and stockrooms; manage trash disposal.
• Support planogram setup and ongoing display maintenance.
• Assist opening and closing the store as directed by management.
• Cover for Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager when they are unavailable.
